具体条款和细则

  • 可选择新加坡动物园、飞禽公园、河川生态园或亚洲野生雨林中的一个 (01) 公园，两位宾客各持一张 (01) 门票（共两张门票）。
  • 游客必须在 “特别要求 ”栏中注明首选公园和游览日期。每次预订和每次旅居只能选择一个公园。
  • 游览日期一经确认，不得更改。
  • 预选门票将在办理入住手续时发放。
  • 酒店确认后，所选公园入场券仅限一次性使用。
  • 为了自身和他人的安全和静静观赏，参加者必须遵守公园入场条款和条件。

一般条款和细则

  • 房价以新加坡元（SGD）为单位，按每间客房每晚计算。
  • 所有价格均需加收 10% 的服务费和现行政府税费。
  • 房价不适用于团体预订。
  • 客人必须年满 18 周岁方可办理入住手续并登记入住客房。
  • 入住时间为下午 3 点，退房时间为中午 12 点。
  • 提前入住和延迟退房视房源供应情况而定。
  • 如需提前入住，需提前预订房间以保证入住，预订费用为一晚房费。
  • 下午3点至6点延迟退房将收取当日优享房价的50%。
  • 下午6点后延迟退房将收取当日优享房价的100%。
  • 更改住宿日期须按更改后的日期调整房价。
  • 酒店可自行决定取消预订，原因包括但不限于信用卡失效和房价不正确。
  • 对于在线预订，所提供的信用卡信息无需签名，持卡人提供的信息即表示其同意根据我们的取消政策保证预订。如果通过电子邮件、电话或传真预订，需要授权书和签名人。
  • 酒店实行无宠物政策。
  • 酒店敬请客人不要在客房内吸烟，请使用专用的室外吸烟区。任何被发现在客房内吸烟或曾在客房内吸烟的客人将被收取每晚 800 新元的清洁费。

Specific Terms and Conditions

  • Choice of one (01) park either Singapore Zoo, Bird Paradise, River Wonders, or Rainforest Wild ASIA with one (01) admission ticket each for 2 persons (two tickets in total). Guests must specify their preferred park and visit date in the 'Special Request' section. Only one park can be selected per booking and stay. Once the visit date is confirmed, no amendments will be allowed.
  • Pre-selected Admission ticket(s) will be issued upon check-in.
  • Admission ticket to the selected park is for one-time entry per hotel confirmation.
  • Participants must comply with Parks Rules and Conditions for their own safety and quiet enjoyment and that of others.

General Terms and Conditions

  • Rates are quoted in Singapore Dollar (SGD) on a per room per night basis.
  • All prices are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
  • Rate does not apply to group bookings.
  • Guest must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and register for a room.
  • Check-in time is from 3pm and Check-out time is up to 12pm.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
  • For early check-in, a pre-blocking of room is required to guarantee the room, chargeable at one night's charge.
  • Late check-out from 3pm to 6pm will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
  • Late check-out from 6pm will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
  • Amendments to stay dates are subjected to rate adjustment of the changed dates.
  • Reservations can be cancelled at the hotel's discretion for reasons such as, but not limited to, invalid credit card and incorrect rates.
  • Credit card information provided does not require a signature for bookings made online and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies. Letter of authorisation and signatory is required for bookings made via email, telephone or fax.
  • The hotel adopts a no pets policy.
  • The hotel respectfully request that hotel guests do not smoke in the rooms and use the dedicated outdoor smoking areas instead. Anyone found to be smoking or having smoked in the guest room shall be subject to a cleaning fee of SGD800 per night.
