Guests should be in sports attire with long pants and sport shoes. Water bottle is a must.

An accessory pouch will be provided for guests to safekeep their phone. For safety reasons, guests may not remove their phone from the pouch unless it is safe to do so at various points along the adventure. The guide reserves the right to determine if a particular device can be brought along the adventure.

Yes you may as long as it can be securely tethered to the harness. Our adventure guides reserve the right to determine if a particular device can be brought along the adventure.

For your safety, only fully covered closed toe sports shoes are allowed.

All participants must use our approved safety equipment. No other external equipment can be brought along and used. 

Please keep in mind that children may find the activity challenging both physically and emotionally. We strongly encourage adults to accompany children.

Tickets are non-refundable. We advise guests to assess their abilities to complete the adventure.

Activity will carry on in light rain. The activity will be suspended during heavy rain and/or when lightning has been detected. 

If you are already on the adventure, your guide will provide more information to safely descend and find an alternative route. 

If your adventure has not begun, the start time will be delayed. An alternative adventure may be provided, subject to availability. 

For safety reasons, it is mandatory to attend the safety briefing before guests are allowed to embark on the adventure. Should you be late for the briefing, with reasons, approach our staff on ground to determine the next best course of action.

Only guests who can fit into our approved set of safety equipment will be able to participate in the activity.

Yes, lockers are available at the Adventure Base Camp.
