To ensure there is availability of therapists, we highly recommend making your reservation at least one to two days in advance.
Our spa is open daily from 9AM to 9PM. Please note that the last appointment for a 60-minute treatment will be scheduled at 7.30PM.
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to help us re-schedule your appointment, subject to availability. Any cancellation with less than 4 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. A full fee will be imposed for a “no-show”.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time to begin the check-in process.
The spa is open to resort guests and visitors with a confirmed reservation and appointment.
Please let us know if you are pregnant so that our wellbeing host can recommend suitable spa treatments for you. However, kindly note that all body treatments and massages should be avoided during the first trimester.
No, you do not need to bring anything. Our spa provides disposable underwear, slippers, and shower amenities for all guests.
In accordance with the Massage Establishment Rules 2018 (S96/2018), the licensee of a massage establishment is required to obtain the client's NRIC number or passport details before providing any massage services. The licensee must record this information in a register and retain the register for a minimum of one year.
