Pricing reviews are conducted annually and consider various factors, including updates to the park experiences we offer.
From 12 February 2025, all purchases and renewals of the new Friends of Mandai / Friends of Mandai Plus memberships will come with annual access to our five parks, including the new Rainforest Wild ASIA opening in March 2025. The first adventure-based zoological park in ASIA, the new wildlife park offers a very different set of experience where members can discover and navigate the different layers of a tropical rainforest, choosing from a variety of routes tailored for all levels of explorers, from leisurely strolls to energetic adventures.
As a result, we have reviewed our pricing to reflect this fresh offering. We would like to assure you that this adjustment reflects the added value of the new Rainforest Wild ASIA, enhancing your membership with even more wildlife experiences to enjoy. In addition, we are introducing a single-park membership option for Rainforest Wild ASIA, designed for those who prefer annual access exclusively to this new park. Please refer to the table below for details on the various membership categories and pricing for both the Rainforest Wild ASIA-inclusive memberships and single-park membership option. These will be available for purchase starting 12 February 2025.

• The new single park Friends of Rainforest Wild ASIA membership is exclusively for new sign-ups starting from 12 Feb 2025 and is not available for upgrades or renewals for existing Friends of Wildlife/Friends of Wildlife Plus memberships.

You may upgrade your admission tickets under the following conditions:
- Physical copy of online / onsite admission tickets must be presented.
- Upgrades must be processed on the same day of admission into the respective parks.
- Only single-park and seasonal discounted park admission tickets, excluding ParkHopper Plus and 2-Park admission tickets, can be upgraded to a Friends of Rainforest Wild ASIA / Friends of Mandai / Friends of Mandai Plus membership.
- Admission tickets used for upgrade must correspond to the membership category purchased.
- Tickets purchased through Travel Agents, complimentary tickets, and all promotional tickets that were not purchased directly from Mandai Wildlife Group (MWG) are not eligible for upgrade to a membership.
- Tickets purchased for admission to different parks on the same day cannot be combined.
- Upgrading of admission tickets to memberships will not involve any form of ticket refund as tickets sold are non-refundable.
- The upgrade fee is based on the difference between the value of the membership being applied for and the value of the admission tickets used for the upgrade.
- Rides, rental, and other add-on tickets purchased are not eligible for upgrade to a membership.
While we do not offer a concessionary membership for students, we do offer concessionary memberships for children who are 3 to 12 years old and teens who are 13 to 17 years old. You may find the prices for the respective child/teen memberships under each membership category.
Yes, our Family membership allows up to 2 Adults and up to 5 Children/Teens and is not limited to immediate family members (extended family or friends may be included). As of 1 April 2024, a child’s age is defined as 3 to 12 years old, and a teen’s age is defined as 13 to 17 years old in our individual child/teen and family membership programme.
As your child is under 3 years of age, he / she enters our parks for free. Therefore, you and your spouse may wish to sign up for Individual memberships instead of a Family membership. However, an admission ticket or a Child membership would be required for your child once he / she turns 3. Hence, you may prefer to sign upfor a Family membership and register your child so that he / she can continue to enjoy the membership’s benefits and privileges throughout its validity.
Yes, we offer concessionary membership for Seniors. To be eligible for a Senior membership, you would have to be 60 years old and above, with a Singapore NRIC or FIN card. Please note that the NRIC or FIN card is required for the application of a concessionary Senior membership and may only be done onsite at our parks. You may find the prices for the respective concessionary Senior memberships under each membership category.
All existing Friends of Wildlife / Friends of Wildlife Plus memberships purchased or renewed before 12 February 2025 do not include annual admission to Rainforest Wild ASIA. Only access to Bird Paradise, Night Safari, River Wonders and Singapore Zoo is included. However, existing members will have the opportunity to upgrade to the new 5-park Friends of Mandai or Friends of Mandai Plus membership programmes at the Bird Paradise & Singapore Zoo Guest & Member Services Centres in our parks, starting from $60^.
For members within their renewal window, a 20% renewal discount will be applicable for the new 5-park Friends of Mandai or Friends of Mandai Plus programmes.

We are pleased to share that existing members* have been invited to an exclusive paid preview session of the new Rainforest Wild ASIA on the following 2 dates - Sunday, 16 February 2025 & Saturday, 22 February 2025. Tickets for this special preview are priced at $15 per Adult and $10 per Child / Teen, and details have been communicated via your registered email address. Ticket availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Should you prefer to visit Rainforest Wild ASIA after its official opening, existing members will have the opportunity to upgrade to the new 5-park Friends of Mandai or Friends of Mandai Plus membership programmes at the Guest & Member Services Centres in our parks, starting from $60^.

If you are holding an Individual Adult / Family / Child | Teen / Senior / Caretaker membership, you will enjoy a 20% discount when you renew your membership to the new 5-park Friends of Mandai / Friends of Mandai Plus from 12 February 2025, and your new membership will include access to Rainforest Wild ASIA when it opens.
Renewing to the new single-park Friends of Rainforest Wild ASIA membership is not available, as it offers a different level of access from your current 4-park membership.
Our new Rainforest Wild ASIA-inclusive membership tier will launch on 12 February 2025. When this occurs, existing members can choose to upgrade or renew their current membership to the new 5-park Friends of Mandai or Friends of Mandai Plus membership. The pricing will be determined based on the remaining months of their current membership.
Existing members eligible for renewal can transition to the new 5-park Friends of Mandai / Friends of Mandai Plus membership programme from 12 February 2025, with a 20% renewal discount. Renewals can be done via the Membership Portal online.
For existing members who have not reached their renewal period, the option to upgrade to the new 5-park Friends of Mandai / Friends of Mandai Plus membership is available from 12 February 2025. To upgrade, a top-up value is required, and it varies based on programme and category type. Upgrades can currently only be done at our Guest & Member Services Centres across our parks.
Please see table below for top-up amount. If you have previously received discounts on your current membership, you will be eligible for the same level of discount during your upgrade.

The new 5-park Friends of Mandai / Friends of Mandai Plus and the new single-park Friends of Rainforest Wild ASIA memberships include annual admission to Rainforest Wild ASIA. The full set of benefits can be found here.
If your children or teens are registered members, they can use the membership e-card without you or your spouse present. However, to enjoy the membership benefits and privileges, the membership e-card must be shown.
We recommend that children visit our parks with an accompanying adult.
As our memberships are non-transferable, only registered members whose faces are reflected in the membership photo can enjoy the membership’s benefits and privileges.
If you are part of a Family membership, you are entitled to nominate an individual for a concessionary Caretaker membership. Please note that each Family membership is entitled to one nomination only. See the full terms and conditions for the use of the caretaker discount voucher.
Friends of Mandai Plus members are entitled to one (1) complimentary Member’s Parking Pass (MPP) for one vehicle per membership. Friends of Rainforest Wild ASIA & Friends of Mandai members can purchase an MPP for one vehicle per membership at a nominal fee of $30.
The MPP includes parking at the multi-storey car parks at Mandai Wildlife EAST and Mandai Wildlife WEST for the duration of the membership. Please note that an In-Vehicle Unit (IU) number must be submitted when applying for the MPP.

Yes, admission to our wildlife parks is subjected to blackout dates for all membership types except the Friends of Mandai Plus membership, as our parks are expected to receive exceptionally high volumes of visitors on these dates.
To ensure a comfortable experience for our members, these blackout dates have been set to encourage you to visit our wildlife parks on other days.
Blackout dates: second day of Chinese New Year, Labour Day, and Hari Raya Puasa.
Members who wish to enter the parks on these dates will have to purchase admission tickets at the prevailing rates. Blackout dates may vary from year to year.
Members are encouraged to visit the respective park's website (Bird Paradise, Night Safari, Rainforest Wild ASIA, River Wonders, and Singapore Zoo) for the latest updates before visiting the park(s).
