Enrichment Programmes

Animals benefit from physical and mental stimulation, just like humans.

Our Animal Care team curates a wide variety of enrichment activities and species-specific challenges for our animals to encourage more natural behaviour and interaction with their surroundings.

We engage students, park guests and members of the public to drive home the message of conservation and inspire them to protect biodiversity.

Animal Health and Nutrition

Your funds will go towards providing unparalleled health care for all our animals, as well as the development of advanced dietary programmes that will keep them happier, healthier and looking better.

Rescue and Rehabilitation

We are one of two designated centres for rescued wildlife in Singapore.

On top of looking after the animals in our care, our Animal Care team attends to an average of 2,000 rescued animals that come through our Wildlife Healthcare & Research Centre each year.

Your funds will go a long way to support the rehabilitation and release of these rescued animals.

Capacity Building

We work with local and regional partners to build capacity for improved animal welfare under human care by facilitating training, global networking, intelligence gathering and knowledge transfer.

Through dedicated partnerships with governments and non-governmental organisations (NGOs), we support a community of field scientists in more than 50 projects regionally.
