To participate in Critter Crawl, you must satisfy all the following criteria:
- Children below 1.15m must be accompanied by an adult
- Able to fit securely into the helmet provided
- Not under the influence of drugs / alcohol
For your own safety, you will not be allowed to participate in Critter Crawl if you have/are:
- Pregnant
- Heart conditions
- High or low blood pressure
- Recovering from surgery or still in a cast or brace for support
- History of neck, back, knee or ankle injuries or any other physical limitations
- Fear of dark, closed and tight spaces
- Susceptible to panic or anxiety attacks
- Pre-existing health or medical conditions
Conditions for a safe adventure experience:
- Covered shoes are required
- No slippers, sandals and loose-fitting footwear
- No running or rough play
- No loose or dangling items and jewellery
- No sharp objects, selfie sticks or tripods
You may need to pass through a test tunnel to assess your comfort in dark and small spaces.
Mandai Wildlife Group reserves the right at its sole discretion to stop your participation in the activity at any time.

There are no timeslots for Adventure+ activities. You will be required to join the queue upon arriving at the Critter Crawl.
For your safety, only closed toe sports shoes are allowed for all Adventure+ activities.
For safety reasons, any loose, dangling or protruding objects are not allowed.
Critter Crawl is indoors and not affected by the weather.
We recommend pants for ease of movement and protection from scratches. Dresses and skirts are not advisable due to safety and modesty.
Yes, all accompanying adults are required to purchase a ticket.
There are hissing cockroaches but fear not, as you will be viewing them beneath your feet through a glass panel. You may choose to sidestep to bypass the hissing cockroaches.
There are no tight squeezes within Critter Crawl. You will be walking and at times crouch low to pass through a section. Still unsure? Try the test tunnel at the entrance of Critter Crawl to assess your comfort level.
It is completely dark within the cave but not to worry, a helmet and headlamp will be provided for you to explore the cave.
