This program was really well run, we enjoyed it immensely and would definitely recommend it. Tim and his colleagues were very knowledgeable, engaging, and generous. We had our 8-year-old daughter, and she had a great time, and the team were very generous to her. We were grateful for the time in the snake room and for the time with the tortoises despite the rain. Any questions we had were answered, our photos were accommodated and offered and there was knowledge about our own country’s reptiles, so the tour covered new ground for us. Thank you, this was a great experience.
