Mandai Action for Wildlife Programme (Primary & Secondary)

This programme nurtures eco-stewardship and empowers students to take ownership of protecting Singapore’s natural heritage. Through hands-on projects and meaningful initiatives, students will develop leadership skills and drive positive environmental change.

 

Programme Structure

 

Students will have the opportunity to tackle real conservation challenges, choosing between three native wildlife issues to work on:

Programme Timeline

 

  • Primary Schools: March-June
  • Secondary Schools: March-November

Certification & Recognition

 

  • Teacher’s Certificate of Collaboration
  • Student’s Certificate of Participation
  • Closing Ceremony to celebrate and recognise students’ achievements.
  • Outstanding projects may be selected for showcase to a wider audience on Mandai platforms.

Pricing

 

The 2025 programme will be our pilot run and is offered free of charge. Pricing will apply from 2026 onwards.

For students:

  • $25/Primary-level student
  • $35/Secondary or Tertiary-level student

Programme fee for 1 teacher is waived for every 10 paying students; additional teachers pay:

  • $25/Primary-level teacher
  • $35/Secondary or Tertiary-level teacher*

Programme fees include:

  • Admission fees to Mandai parks for Welcome Ceremony, Skills for Wildlife Workshop and Closing Ceremony.      
  • Education programme fees
  • Administrative fees

*“Programme fee for 1 teacher is waived for every 10 paying students” is not applicable to tuition centres, enrichment centres & tertiary institutions.
