Terms & Conditions
- Gift voucher is valid for redemption 3 months from the date of issuance.
- Physical gift voucher must be presented onsite at Bird Paradise or Singapore Zoo Membership & Experiences Centres for membership redemption.
- Gift voucher is not exchangeable or refundable and must be redeemed before the indicated expiry date.
- Gift voucher may only be redeemed for the membership type and category purchased.
- Family membership is limited to a maximum of 2 adults and 5 children/teens and is not limited to immediate family members (extended family or friends may be included). A child’s age is defined as 3 to 12 years old, and a teen's age is defined as 13 to 17 years old.
- No cash refunds and/or upgrades will be made for family sizes bigger or smaller than those in the category stated in the voucher.
- Not applicable with any other promotions or discounts.
- Mandai Wildlife Group (MWG) will not be responsible for any loss or damage of this voucher.
- Mandai Wildlife Group reserves the right at any time to vary, modify, amend, add or delete the terms and conditions of the gift voucher without prior notice.
