Our parks are home to many native wild animals, including the long-tailed macaques.

Wild macaques in our parks associate baby prams and plastic bags with food. These macaques are not part of the animal population under our care. If you encounter them, please remain calm, keep all food out of sight, and walk away. Should you require assistance, please call +65 6269 3411.
Yes, there are First Aid Stations at the main entrance of Singapore Zoo and at KidzWorld. AEDs (automated external defibrillators) can also be found at these stations and at Ah Meng Bistro.

Picnic areas are available at Pavilion by the Lake, Garden with a View, and the designated Picnic Area (located near Rainforest Walk).

Admission is free for children under the age of 3. For verification purposes, you will need to send a consolidated list of their full names and corresponding birthdates to our email address within 10 business days from the point of your registration.
Yes. They will have to register their visit via the membership portal prior to their visit date and bring along a copy of their membership e-card for entry scanning on the day of their visit.
You may conduct a recce trip to your selected park during its regular opening hours on weekdays. The admission rate for this is $23.00 per adult, and you will need to make a registration at least 3 workings days before your recce.
The Coach Bay is our sole designated area for students to board or alight from school buses.

Yes, the programme listing will indicate the minimum pax required for each programme. If your group size falls below the minimum pax, you will be required to cover the difference by paying for the additional students needed to meet it.
Indoor programmes are usually held at the Zoo Learning Centre. Guided tours will be held on-site at their respective exhibits.
Our staff will take the necessary precaution of guiding your group to the nearest shelter. If the weather continues to be unsuitable, we may adjust the programme to provide a more appropriate experience.
We highly recommend that all participants bring their own rain gear.
