What is the Mandai Khatib Shuttle (MKS) fare revision about?

Starting 1 October 2024, all travel on the Mandai Khatib Shuttle between Khatib and Mandai will be charged at $2.50 per passenger (for guests aged 7 and above).

Journeys within Mandai Wildlife Reserve (between parks) will continue to be free of charge.

Why is there a change in the pricing?

The updated pricing ensures we can continue offering an affordable transportation service for guests to visit and explore Mandai Wildlife Reserve, while managing rising operational costs.

How can I indicate that I am only travelling within the parks so that I am not charged?

Guests travelling between parks should inform the bus captain upon boarding that they are heading to another park within Mandai Wildlife Reserve. No fare will be charged for these journeys.

What are the fares for children?
The fare applies to all passengers aged 7 and above. Children under 7 can travel for free.

What was the previous fare for the Mandai Khatib Shuttle?
The previous fare for travel from Khatib to Mandai was $3 per passenger (aged 7 and above). The new pricing reduces the fare to $2.50 for all outbound and inbound trips.
