From 1 July 2024, the current surcharge for all hired taxis departing from our four parks at Mandai Wildlife Reserve will be $5. This surcharge will be applicable daily, from 1:00pm to 11:59pm.
We have observed that majority of guests leave our Mandai parks during this period, leading to a higher demand for taxis throughout this time.
We have received feedback from guests exiting our Mandai parks that there is a high demand for taxis, especially between 1:00pm to 11:59pm.
This surcharge is to encourage taxi drivers to consider Mandai as a preferred pick-up destination and increase the supply of incoming taxis to the precinct.
